No classes on Sunday. Semi-Private instruction available.

• All Classes can be taken off of the same package.
• It is recommended that you take a minimum of two or three classes per week to see results. Mixing different classes can also be beneficial.
• If you do not purchase a package and wish to book a single session, you must pre-pay for that session. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to single sessions as well as packages.
• Schedule and prices are subject to change.
• Packages expire a maximum of 4 months from purchase date.
• Packages are not refundable for any reason at any time and are not transferable.
